Every batch of coffee we roast is meticulously groomed from start to finish. Our goal is to provide the best expression of a coffee's origin and flavor profile. Though we have opinions on the best roast for each coffee, we know you enjoy coffee your way. We will suggest a roast for your coffee, but you are free to request a lighter or darker roast as you desire.
Working with suppliers all over the world, we produce an eclectic mix of coffee. If we don't have a particular origin in-stock, chances are we can get what you're looking for quickly.
SSCC was founded in 2019 in Indianapolis, Indiana as an independently-owned and operated coffee roaster. Now operating from Statesboro, Georgia!
Unfortunately, the tariffs on imported products have hit us particularly hard, since all of our coffee is not grown in the U.S. For the first time in the company's history, we have to raise our prices. Please accept our sincerest apologies while enjoying fantastic coffee.
